FOUNDER

RODRIGO GUTIERREZ

Corialent

12 years ago, Rodrigo decided that the Coca Colas of the world shouldn’t be the only ones who get to have all the fun in the advertising industry. He was sick of all the dull, corporate, navy blue and white B2B work out there. Business people are people too. Corialent specializes in B2B marketing that doesn’t suck. And they want to get the rest of the industry drinking that delicious KoolAid.

902 Brewing

Starting with a 3 gallon pot and a home brewing kit, the idea of 902 Brewing Company fermented into a business in August of 2012. Brew-stablished by Colby Janisch, Tucker Littleton, and Andrew Brown in Hoboken, NJ, 902 pays tribute to the apartment where they took it to the next level. the three found a place on Washington street with enough room to grow into a 15 gallon, all-grain brewing system... and its about time to make the next upgrade.

Pouring at fest:

"BLACK DYNOMITE" BLACK IPA- 7.3%ABV
Jet black in color, an alcohol content of  7.3%, an IBU just over 100, and a well balanced hop profile... we give you the winner of 2012s Brooklyn Wort Homebrew Competition: Black DYNOmite.  Unlike its younger cousin the Pale Ale, this IPA (short for India Pale Ale) packs a punch.  Don't let the stoutish appearance fool you: this is a true IPA.  Have a couple... you'll see why we call it DYNOmite.

"ONE" - 7.7%ABV
A malty amber ale with plenty of caramel, burnt sugar, and raisin flavors nicely balanced with a burst of passion fruit, grapefruit, and earthy hop ride. It’s the ONE year anniversary take on our first commercial brew.

02

Bronx Brewery

Our philosophy at The Bronx Brewery is to do one thing, and do it right.

Proudly established in The Bronx and steeped in the American craft tradition, we’re obsessed with brewing exceptional pales for you. Complex, not complicated. Considered, not cautious. Reverent, not rigid. We’re driven to explore the limits of what a pale ale can be – to create a uniquely diverse range of beers. We hope you enjoy drinking our beer as much as we enjoy brewing it.

Pouring at fest:

WINTER PALE ALE- 6.7%ABV
An amber colored pale ale brewed with cinnamon, molasses, cloves & ginger that delivers a delightful winter spiced flavor.

Our brewmaster is mildly obsessed with ginger snap cookies this time of year so we decided to brew this spiced pale ale to celebrate his addiction.  A blend of malts create honey, biscuit and dark caramel flavors which are gently balanced out by woody, minty hop bitterness and aroma.  We introduced whole ginger, molasses, hand-picked cloves and cinnamon to this brew to create the ideal pale ale to enjoy during the winter holiday season.

AMERICAN PALE ALE- 6.3%ABV
English caramel & biscuit malts balanced with West Coast citrus hops

Our flagship: a bold American pale ale with an English backbone.  Think driving a ’64 Mustang over London Bridge.  This is the beer we drink when hanging out after a hard day at the brewery.

03

Captain Lawrence

After the closing of The Colorado Brewery, there was nowhere else for me to brew without leaving the area. I was amazed that an area with such a diverse culinary scene could be without a local brewery to help to compliment all of that great food. From the day I walked out of the Colorado Brewery for the last time, it became my goal to create something special and to give the people if this region a brewery to call their own; to build a brewery with distinct and flavorful beers for the people to enjoy; to help promote the wonderful culture that has sprung up throughout this country as a result of these new and exciting craft brewers. And I wanted to do it right here so that you can stop by on a Saturday and walk through the brewery, taste the beers, and talk beer with people who enjoy craft-brewed beer as much as you do.

Pouring at fest:

VIP| BOURBON BARREL FROST MONSTER IMPERIAL STOUT- 12.1%ABV
Deep and dark as a cold winter night… The Frost Monster is lurking. This beast of an ale started out as a pilot batch concept by packaging line veteran Justin Perrone. Thinking of his own monster (dog) “Frost” he wanted to make a beer that had intense flavor, aroma and strength. Working with Brewmaster Scott Vaccaro and Head Brewer Scott Tobin they came up with an Imperial Stout only befitting its title.

JERSEY DEVIL-TBA

04

Brix City Brewing

Brix City

It’s hard to say exactly when Pine Island Brewing started. You could say the inception dates back to the first time owner, Mike Kraai, popped the top off of a craft beer, or that it was the first time he turned on the burner to brew a home batch. No matter the date, there was an undeniable love for craft beer combined with a lot of determination that eventually turned a dream into reality.

05

Broken Bow Brewing

At Broken Bow Brewery our passion towards offering our very best is deeply personal. Family owned and operated, our earliest brews were designed to be enjoyed by family and friends. With those gatherings as our standard, we're committed to delivering every drop with the thoughtful attention to detail that special people and times deserve.

06

Cricket Hill Brewing

Established in 2002, Cricket Hill is one of the oldest craft breweries in New Jersey. With our Year-Round, Seasonal, Small Batch and Reserve brews, we offer a clear alternative to the large commercial breweries.

Pouring at fest:

VIP |RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT - 8.9% ABV

Our RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT is a rich, dark, full bodied beer has layers of flavor and aroma.  It begins with a roasty, dark chocolate and coffee nose then fades to earthy hops and dark fruit. The flavor finishes with bittersweet dark chocolate and a dry, warm character.      ABV = 8.9, IBU = 91

HOPNOTIC IPA - 6.5%ABV
Four different flavor/aroma hops and generous dry hopping result in a beer with a huge hop nose and flavor indicative of grapefruit and tropical fruit.  Well-balanced with a solid malt backbone, HOPNOTIC will impress any IPA enthusiast and stands up to spicy food or your favorite burger.  ABV = 6.5, IBU = 54

COLONEL BLIDES ESB- 5.5% ABV
With subtle aromas of biscuit malts and tangerine, this British-style beer will accentuate the flavor of food and hence pair well with just about any cuisine. Drink cool, but not cold, to fully enjoy the entire flavor spectrum this beer has to offer. ABV = 5.5, IBU = 32

Finback

Our aim is to make great beer following our passion for flavor and complexity from quality ingredients and small batch artisanal brewing. We brew fun, unique beers made for enjoyment. We like it hoppy and complex, roasty and smoky, strong and sippable to sessionable and gulpable. Most importantly it’s something to drink with friends, in the backyard, at the beach and at the bar. We make beer because we like to drink it delicious and fresh and because we like to smile.

09

KelSo Beer

The name "KelSo" is an amalgamation of the Brewmaster's name, Kelly Taylor, and that of his wife, Sonya Giacobbe. It was their goal to create flavorful, fresh and easy drinking beers for the people of Brooklyn and greater New York City. Since inception in 2006, we have met scores of people who have an association with the name Kelso. Whether a home-town (WA state and Scotland have towns named Kelso), a friend's last name, or a TV character, we've been happy to note that those associations have been markedly positive. We hope to consider the trend.

Keegan Ales

Keegan Ales was founded in early 2003 when Tommy Keegan learned about an empty building in Kingston that nobody would buy because there was a defunct brewery stuck in it! (Although the building was built in the early 1800’s, the building was most recently home to the Woodstock Brewing Company.)
After months of cleaning and rebuilding, Keegan Ales brewed its first batch of beers on August 1, 2003(Tommy’s mom’s birthday) and set out hand-selling beer to local bars and restaurants early September. The first kegs of Old Capital, Hurricane Kitty and Mother’s Milk went to competition at Hunter Mountain that month. Mother’s Milk took home a gold medal and Old Capital was honored with People’s Choice: Best of Show.

Pouring at fest:

VIP | BINE CLIMBER SESSION IPA "DRY HOPPED" WITH TRIX- 4.7% ABV
Bine Climber Session IPA is a light bodied session-able india pale ale packed with plenty of citrus and floral aromas. Coming in at just under 5% ABV, this beer has a light, refreshing mouthfeel, loads of hop character, and the perfect brew for a summer day.

VIP | MOTHER'S MILK STOUT "DRY HOPPED" WITH COCOA PUFFS- 5% ABV
As the name implies, Mother’s Milk is a dark and creamy milk stout. Hints of oatmeal, chocolate and of course, milk make this brew have a remarkably smooth and silky finish, a classic example of the style.

BINE CLIMBER SESSION IPA- 4.7% ABV
Bine Climber Session IPA is a light bodied session-able india pale ale packed with plenty of citrus and floral aromas. Coming in at just under 5% ABV, this beer has a light, refreshing mouthfeel, loads of hop character, and the perfect brew for a summer day.

MOTHER'S MILK STOUT- 5% ABV

12

Kuka Beer

Since inception, our goal was to start an artisanal small-batch brewery that offers beer lovers flavorful artisanal beers that are inspired by different types of foods, fruits, and spices and are of the highest quality and consistency.

VIP | DEVIL'S TREAT- 8.5% ABV

Two worlds collided in this latest brew – spiciness and creamy, sweet chocolate goodness – with just enough heat to balance out the sweet. Brewed with bittersweet chocolate and cocoa nibs roasted in the fires of the underworld and finished off with the Devil’s own stash of cayenne pepper. Just as the Lords of Beer experienced, you will find the fire created by the Devil’s cayenne is quickly soothed by the sweetness of the oats and creamy milkiness of the brew. Yet you will be left with the subtle memory of the Devil’s fire on the back of your palette and in your throat to leave you wanting more. Just be sure to watch your back as this is truly the Devil’s Treat and he’s bound to come looking for it

IMPERIAL RYE IPA- 9.4% ABV

With a sea of fresh hop aromas, this BarleyWine inspired Imperial Rye IP invites you to dive in to your first sip. It offers rich, creamy malt flavors that balance the hops and the spiciness of the rye malt. A complex yet accessible brew, Imperial Rye IPA is full bodied with a clean, bitter and spicy finish.

LONDON PORTER- 6.0% ABV

Newburgh Brewing

Honor. You’ll find a good deal of it in everything we do here at the Newburgh Brewing Company. We honor the natural goodness of our ingredients, by working hard to make them shine through in every sip. We honor the rich history of Newburgh, a tough-minded town that’s still as hardscrabble as it was when General George Washington stationed his army here more than 200 years ago. That earnest, pull yourself up by your bootstraps energy still abounds in Newburgh and it’s reflected in the simple, honest flavors you’ll find in our beer. People have been brewing beer in Newburgh since before America was America – it’s a tradition we’re proud to be a part of. Most important, we honor you. We love making beer. We pour our passion into this brewery every day and we are deeply honored each time you choose to enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Pouring at fest:

MEGA BOSS IPA- 7% ABV

“Mega Boss” (adj): meaning ‘radical’ or ‘awesome’ or ‘super duper’
3 years after we opened in 2012, we really think this whole IPA thing might be taking off…
So we bring you “MegaBoss IPA”, our American IPA loaded with 8 different hop varieties, showcasing some of our favorite IPA things: a rich pineapple & tropical fruit aroma, with a flavor profile that very much follows that aromatic start, concluding with a lemon & herbal hop finish.
At 7.0% ABV, it’s incredibly smooth & easy-drinking, with a bitterness that never overpowers the wonderful flavors from the many hops. An IPA to be enjoyed over & over again.

SPRUCE MOUSSE- 5.4% ABV
Description: It is spruce beer season! Which maybe isn't a thing, but it is for us. This year's spruce beer is the delicious "Spruce Mousse", a 5.3% ABV Black Saison made with spruce needles and cocoa nibs from Fruition Chocolate Works. Light in body, pitch black in color, it has pleasant minty chocolate notes with a subtle touch of bitterness. A nice winter beer to keep you warm and to be perfectly paired with a cup of hot chocolate.

14

North River Hops & Brewing

North River Hops and Brewing, situated in the scenic Hudson Valley of New York, is a micro craft brewery conveniently located in Dutchess County, on Route 9 in Wappingers Falls. With six to ten beers always on tap, fresh, locally brewed craft ales (and the occasional lager) are enjoyed both on premise in the tasting room and brought home in growlers.

15

Highpoint Brewing (Ramstein Beer)

Founded in 1996, High Point Brewing Company is America’s premier brewer of German-style Lagers and Wheat Beers. The founder and driving force of Ramstein Beer is Greg Zaccardi, an award-winning brewer who trained and brewed professionally in southern Germany.

16

Rushing Duck Brewing

Rushing Duck Brewing Company is a small, family owned and operated brewery located in the Historic
District of Chester, NY that began selling beer on draught in August of 2012. Based in Orange County, our beer is distributed throughout the Hudson Valley and New York City by Remarkable Liquids. We produce a wide variety of tasty beers. Hoppy, malty, American-styled, Belgian influenced, barrel aged, sours, you name it. First and foremost we brew beer that we like to drink. We hope you do too.

Pouring at fest:

WAR ELEPHANT- 8.7% ABV
War Elephant is as unapologetic as Double IPAs get. At over 4lbs. of hops per barrel, War Elephant contains a completely irrational amount of hops designed to create a unique hop experience. It has a “smack-you-in-the-face” hop aroma consisting of pine needles, grapefruit, tangerine, and other citrus fruits. Unlike many other Double IPAs, though, War Elephant has a subdued malt character so it’s never cloyingly sweet, and at 80 IBUs it isn’t overly bitter. Like all Rushing Duck beers, War Elephant is unfiltered so as not to strip any of the precious hop aromas from the beer. As a result it has a hazy golden color with a thick rocky head.

DED MOROZ- 11.2% ABV

Meaning “Father Winter” in Russian, Ded Moroz, is pitch black in color. It is an imposing beer that is best enjoyed by slow sipping to fully soak up this beer’s complexity. It has a very deep flavor profile of dark chocolate, coffee, graham cracker, overripe fruit, amongst others. To add to its complexity, it is generously hopped with a large portion of imported Brittish hops to balance the sweetness and keep it true to style. Ded Moroz is a decadent treat perfect for the cold winter months!

17

Sloop Brewing

Sloop Brewing Co. was founded in December, 2011, by Adam Watson and Justin Taylor, two friends who met at college and bonded over their love for good beer. After college, Adam and Justin took this love for beer one step further and started brewing together. Living in Beacon, NY, Adam and his wife, Amy, would visit the local farmers’ market every Sunday. On a whim, Adam asked the market manager if he could start selling the beer he was brewing with Justin. The manager told him he probably needed some sort of license for that sort of thing. Six months later, after retrofitting Justin’s garage into a nanobrewery and acquiring all the proper licensing, Sloop Brewing Co. was born and began selling their Red C and their Old World Pale Ale in Beacon every Sunday.

VIP | BLACK RAZZ- 5.0% ABV
A black sour ale brewed with raspberries and aged on oak. Completely opaque, it looks like a stout but is delicate and balanced in flavor. The raspberries deliver an intense aroma and fruit flavors; as the beer rests on oak the sour culture works on merging these flavors to create a truly unique Sloop experience. The Black Razz is the true test of not judging a beer by its color.

WAVES OF GRAIN- 5.5% ABV

A dry-hopped pale ale made with four grains — barley, wheat, oats, and rye. The complex grain profile balances well with the citrusy American hops, while the clean ale yeast puts forward the deep flavor of the hops and grains.Unfiltered and unrepentant, Waves of Grain is a big, bold taste experience for people who love good beer.

GALAXY FARM- 5.2% ABV

zA Belgian farmhouse ale dry-hopped with galaxy hops. The simple grain bill lays a solid ground for late hop additions during dry-hopping, adding flavor and aroma that can’t be quantified with simple IBUs. The expressive Belgian farmhouse yeast provides complexity, fruitiness, and a classic farmhouse flavor. The Galaxy Farm plays equally well with sunshiny days or nights under the stars.

18

Yonkers Brewing Co.

Like any other great idea Yonkers Brewing Co. was thought of with a beer in hand. The concept of brewing came to John Rubbo and Nick Califano after they tirelessly helped their grandfathers make homemade wine. As they exchanged stories about crushing grapes and discussed the intricacy of fermentation, they cracked open a cold beer. As the cap fell off the lights went on, "Why not just make the sweet nectar we enjoy so much more?" they asked. The generations-old tradition of wine making sparked a fire and with head brewer, Sharif Taleb, they brewed up a recipe that is now known as Yonkers Lager.

Pouring at fest:

VIENNA LAGER- 5.2% ABV

Our Flagship. An easy drinking, accessible Vienna Lager with a balance between the rich malt character and refreshing hop presence. Copper in color this beer is made from American Bittering and Noble Aroma Hops. Not too sweet and not too bitter, a beer you can enjoy anytime.

GINGERRED ROOI- 5.9% ABV

a red cream ale brewed with authentic South African rooibos & fresh ginger

19

Barrier Brewing

Barrier Brewing Co. is the collaborative effort of brewers Evan Klein and Craig Frymark, located in Oceanside, NY. Brewing their first batches on a 1bbl system (2 kegs at a time!) in June 2010, the two expanded the business to a 5bbl brewhouse in June 2012 which operated for four short months before being severely damaged by Hurricane Sandy. After several months of rebuilding, Barrier reopened in late-February 2013. The brewery currently produces nearly 50 different beers throughout the year totaling 1500bbl annually, all of which is self-distributed throughout the NY metro area.

Docs Hard Cider

“One of the best cider makers in America today. Absolutely fabulous. From Doc's Draft Hard Apple Cider (great, semi-dry and effervescent refreshment) to the incredibly dry, delicate, and fragrant Doc's Draft Hard Pear Cider, to the tremendous Doc's Framboise, which is a dessert beverage that is on par with any dessert wine out there. The raspberry can be sipped on a long hot day...what a delicious enjoyment. The pear and raspberry are to die for and are absolutely unique! These two ciders rate with the great Belgian ale house, Lindemann's, whose fruit ales are among the best in the world.”
— Carlo De Vito, author of Wineries of the East Coast

Pouring at fest:

VIP | DRY HOPPED CIDER- 5.5%ABV
Doc’s Draft Dry Hopped Hard Cider is dry hopped with Centennial and Chinook hops providing a citrus and floral hop character to a traditional cider.

HARD APPLE CIDER- 5%ABV
Doc's Draft Hard Apple Cider is semi-dry and wonderfully effervescent with a remarkably fresh apple nose. Its crisp, fruit forward taste and a clean, refreshing finish, have won our cider countless awards and praise.

HARD PEAR CIDER- 5.5% ABV
Doc’s Draft Hard Pear Cider is a traditional cider hand crafted from a select blend of apples and pears. Intense aromas of ripened pear dance from the glass. The taste is light and crisp with a clean, dry finish.

21

Plan Beer Farm Brewery (VIP ticket holder only)

Pouring at Fest

VIP ONLY | COMB- 5%ABV

"Comb"- Seasonal blend of sour ale. Light brown in color, this year's comb contains a blend of 4 different barrel aged beers including a sour beer aged in a peat-smoked whiskey barrel. Toffee, tobacco, white grape, oak staves in the aroma. Hazelnut, peach, sour grapes, peat smoke, light-roast coffee flavor. Fairly sour, but not as bracingly sour as last years offering.

22

Pouring at fest:

VIP | (ANTI-IMPERIALIST) IMPERIAL STOUT- 9.8%ABV
We reject all emperors, monarchs, and czars, yet celebrate this strong style of stout originally brewed for the czars of Russia. Our American version features a significant hop profile to counter the rich, assertive strength of the brew, creating a fruity Black Forest cake-like complexity in both the aroma and flavor.

FROSTED HOP STRONG ALE- 8.2%ABV
Made using the brewer’s home-grown hops from the Catskills, which were hand-picked and then immediately frozen to preserve their freshness, this tasty treat features a deep red color, complex aroma and a pleasant fruity flavor with notes of strawberry and blueberry. It’s a lot of work but definitely worth the effort!

VOID OF LIGHT STOUT- 7.9% ABV
All light vanishes here. The pitch-black color and cocoa-espresso aroma and flavor are derived from roasted barley while the complexity is enhanced by the strength of this foreign-style stout.

Pouring at fest:

ARDENT CORE- 6.0% ABV

This Belgian inspired ale pays reverence to old world Franco-Belgian farmhouse brewing traditions. Brewed with the finest malts from Belgium and France and generously hopped with a blend of fresh aromatic noble hops.

This ale is fermented with our house saison yeast that takes a back seat to no other yeast when it comes to overall complexity. The final result is softly contoured pale golden ale with a billowing rocky head and slight haze in appearance. The aroma is rife with floral, spice and earth, an artifact of the yeast and hops in a delicate brushstroke. The outcome is a beer of unique design and exquisite taste, displaying some of the best attributes of American craft brewing. The finish is crisp and dry. The bracing, but not overwhelming hop bitterness ties things together and heightens the finish.

GRISETTE-5.0% ABV

This table bier represents a delicate interplay between noble hops, our house saison yeast and Brettanomyces. Throughout Northern Europe, light-bodied, generously hopped, low alcohol table beers were often the beverages of choice during working hours or with meals. There are delicate esters present in the beer as well as a soft yeast note from the Brettanomyces. A faint toasted note and silky palate from the addition of flaked oats leads into a light bodied beer that finishes dry, tart, and quenching. The overall impression is an easy-to-drink refreshing table bier.
